Debit order nonsense

I logged a complaint last month regarding the same issue and again this month I have the same problem. You keep on debiting my account after I have spoken to you and arranged that I will make manual payments. I keep getting calls reminding me about my debit orders.
Can someone sort this out and pay for the bank charges which have been caused by you trying to debit my account after I have told you there will be no funds.
