COMPLAINT AGAINST UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS ON LOAN ACC

I took out two loans from Nedbank whereby I pay two separate instalments of R2975.90 and R991 each. The standing agreement is that the debit order deductions be effected on the last day of every month until the loans are settled. Nedbank has instead been debiting my bank account on a day that was not agreed upon i.e. mostly on the 22nd of every month since July 2012. I have contacted their call centre several times about the problem since July 2012 without success. Each time I phoned the consultant would promise to rectify the problem. Each declined debit order attracts bank charges which are debited from my account. This is not a problem of my own making. This issue is frustrating me. I do not know what else to do. My credit profile is affected negatively. I am a salaried employee who gets paid on the last day of the month. I do not have any other source of income. I do not remember skipping any instalment. This has now become a burden on me. I want to be reimbursed for all the bank charges for the declined debit orders and calls made. I am frustrated!!!
