WOOLIES ARE USELESS

2 months ago I lodged a claim after my vehicle was broken into. Since then I have had to make numerous calls to the claims department in CT and JHB, spoken to various persons ie Herbert and others. Numerous managers promised to investigate and call me back. All I am receiving is a combination of promises, dropped calls. The vehicle has been booked in for repairs 4 times by the useless contractor Auto Magic in Montague gardens, and the parts have not arrived as yet. Calls to this contractor are a waste of time, as they never get back to you. I left a message for Akim on Tues and still no response. These managers are either on lunch, in meetings or just not interested. This is my 1st claim at Woolies, and my first in decades, and this is what you can expect from Woolies. Public - do what I am about to do, and get off their books immediately. If they cannot repair a vehicle after 2 months, why pay them your hard earned money.
