Account admin remains a mess

Undue charges and fees were charged to my account again.

Previous complaint:
We had a debit order in place for our monthly levy payments. Until June 2012 everything ran smoothly, but suddenly Trafalgar starting skipping months where they did not collect debit orders, not being able to give a straight answer on my queries when I ask why but the debit order was not collected, but the following month would collect a double debit order and charge us interest and fees fr "late payments" although it is actually their mistake for not having collected debit orders, etc etc etc. In the end we decided to stop the debit order and make manual payments to them monthly, since they can't get their own admin sorted. But still we get bombarded every month with funny "debt collectors fees" and get sms's that our account is in arrears when in actual fact it has been paid in full (and in good time as well might I add). So it happened this month again. It is causing me a lot of upset and an absolute waste of my time to try to get the relevant answers, I will log a complaint on Hello Peter every month until this account runs smoothly again
