I have a personal loan with nedbank and it seems that since I signed the agreement hey are allowed to take money out of my account when ever they want, I have a debit order date on the 29th of each month... Or so I was lead to believe, I have been debited on the 22nd (when I have no funds in my account) resulting in an unsuccessful transaction, as well as the 25 th, the 17th, the 22nd again and every time I call in to get this sorted I am told someone will call me to sort this out, I get charged every time nedbanks debit orders don't go through and they don't seem to understand this. The money I receive during the corse of the month is what I use to buy supplies for my business and seeing as nedbank will debit my account when they want I am now in trouble of loosing clients and money due to their lack of service.
I was told that the money taken off my account on the wrong debit order date would be refunded back into my account within 48 hours, it has now been 5 days and nothing.
I called again and it's the same thing " we will get someone to call you so we can sort this out"
Nedbank is the prime example of bad service and. If not I would have had better service
