Cash-Back - not upgraded as requested- no pay out

My car was insured at Auto & General via Amway (AMSURE) in 2008. According to the tele-rep who signed me up for insurance, higher rates are applicable for single people as they are inclined to travel more for social gatherings. However, when I wanted to cancel my insurance with A&G after finding a better deal, it was reviewed. I was reminded of the cash back option & a lowered rate was offered. I decided to continue for another year in order to receive this cash back (after 4 yrs no claims made). An email was also sent to them in this regard. When I made inquiries a year later when the cash back was due, I was told it was never upgraded! Since then, after many calls and emails (and every time someone else is responding to the same issue), the issue is still unresolved. A voice recording was suppose to be requested, taking only 3 working days. That was on the 18th March - I had no response. Another URGENT request was posted on 4th April by yet another sales consultant - but it seems that who ever worked with my policy, has left the company and my info has been wiped from the system. No response since 10th April.
