WORST BANK EVER!!! WASTE OF TIME, INCOMPETENT

On Saturday 20 April 2013 I went to withdraw cash from the ATM at Pinecrest Mall (Pinetown) which is situated right next to the branch. When i entered my pin there was a delay in the ATM and then I had noticed that the machine was jammed. My fiance went to the branch which as i stated was right next to the ATM and at this time the branch had just closed but there were still customers inside. They refused to come out and assist! Eventually I had to call the 0800 number and ask for my card to be stopped. I spoke to Lillian (ref number 1220688844) who told me that my card is now stopped. I explained to her that i had just recently gotten this card and paid for the charges and that i am not prepared to pay again for another card when this isnt my fault at all! Lillian told me that i will not pay and that the bank (pinecrest branch) will have my card! But i can go to any branch near to me and get a temp card! Today 23 April, I go to Hillcrest branch and im told another story about my card! They made me wait over 25 minutes but did absolutely nothing! I hate standard bank and they really are a waste of time. I will be switching to FNB as they know way more than standard bank
