Incompetent staff and unnecessary delays on repai

My car was damaged and towed to Yebo Panelbeaters (Bloemfontein) by Woolworths insureance, it was agreed that the car would be assessed and fixed there. The assessment was done on the 09th, then Woolworths decided to move my car to PTA which is where i live, and a re-assessment was done at the assessment center. My Claims consultant by the name of Zama has never contacted me and when i call the call center they can't give me info as to where my car is and what the progress is. i received a call on Friday 18th from a lady called Cherrie-Leigh who confirmed that the claim had been finilized but then mentioned that the car should be taken to Soverign panelbeaters for repairs- which is in Bloemfontein and she wasnt able to provide me with thier address nor the explanation as to why it should be towed to Bloemfontein. later i received a call from the same woman confirming that my car is at Zambezi panelbeaters which is in PTA but when i called themt the car isn't there. I just called the call center and they say the claim hasn't been finalised and that my car is still at the assessment center & nobody seems to know anything. valuable time has been waisted and i am very unhappy!!!
