Pathetic Customer Service by Assessment Centre

My car was involved in an accident on the 17th January 2014, i did the right thing and towed the car to a discovery panel beater by request of the discovery insure call centre. The service on that day was great and i was gladly delighted. Ever since that it has been horrendous.

I have not been called once by my so called assessor (Eugenia Chauke) but have been called by Proline (panelbeater) and provided with assessment. I phone Discovery Insure and they dont even know where my car is??? They think i am still driving around with it. I know that Eugenia was CC'ed on the email from the panelbeaters with the assessment. BTW, the turnaround for assessment is 48 hours, well the car still hasn't been assessed. Thats almost a week now...

When i ask to escalate, they put me on hold, endlessly and then tell my someone will contact me... that was three days ago... still waiting for Athea van der Fandt to call me back, because everytime i call she is busy... the staff refuse to give me anyone else's details...

I seem to be in a better position to put through my claim than your assessment centre...
