Outstanding service on two occasions

On 10 June, I was involved in a small accident. On 11 June, I called the M&F call center, and was very ably assisted by the young lady in the call-center, who immediately gave me a claim number and informed me of my benefits. The following day, I took my car into an M&F assessment center, where the assessment was done, and the staff there assisted me to complete my claim. SInce I needed the car the following week, they assisted in arranging with the panel shop to have my headlight and indicator replaced before the car went in for repairs. My car went in this morning for repairs (24 June), and my Europcar courtesy vehicle was there waiting for me when I arrived. Excellent service from start to finish.

The second incident happened on Friday 21 June, as I was returning from Clanwilliam, my car suddenly stopped with no electrics whatsoever. I call M&F Swiftsure, and was once again met with outstanding service. Within 15 min of my call, the operator called me back to say roadside assistance would arrive within 15 min (it arrived in 5). I was helped and made it home. 90 minutes later, I got a call to check that I had been helped, and everything was alright.
