A pleasant experience overall

From the time I processed my insurance claim, to taking my car to the allocated assessment center and then dropping it off at the panelbeaters (North City Panelbeaters) - the entire process was seamless, simple, quick and efficient. I was constantly provided with status updates from Outsurance and Lizelle ensured that she answered any queries that I had.

This was my first accident and so it was my first time claiming for insurance and taking my car to be repaired. The whole process from beginning to end was handled brilliantly and I was put at ease knowing I was in the hands of professionals. It couldn't have gone better. I just picked up my car yesterday (29-10-2013) and was absolutely amazed by the quality of work done by the panelbeaters. It looks brand new!!
