BENDING BACKWARDS??? I DONT THINK SO!!!

Claim free since 2001- In Jan. 2013 I had a flood at my Umhlanga holiday home, I claim for 1x wall unit nothing more, 1x item - They tell me R 1900- R1200 excess= R700, please tell me where I can get a wall unit for that price? So I tell them to replace. They collect my unit and 1 month later bring back to me my own wall unit in worse condition than when they first took it. The most disgusting workmanship ever. I sent it back and yet almost another month later, the unit is delivered in worse condition than the 1st time. I refuse to accept this type of service. I was under the impression that I pay insurance for replacement not repairs, if I wanted my unit repaired I would have been able to get that sorted my self and not asked Outsurance for a claim. Perhaps Outsurance is getting far to big, to much marketing- they seem to be more concerned with quantity rather than quality. Quite Sad.By the way I have since cancelled all my insurance with Outsurance. Bending Backwards??? Not For me! Today, 3 months later my claim has not yet been finalised- great service delivery hey!!!???
