Andrea Wall Unit

Good morning-I went to Beares furnishers on the 17/02/2013 as a laybye and I have finished my laybye on the 23/03/2013 and was supposed to get my full Wall Unit delivered to my house and even today i only recieved one part of the wall unit. The remaining 2 still not delivered and nobody called me to update me when it will be delivered. This kind of bad customer service is unacceptable.
The sales consultant at Ellerines warehouse was supposed to call and update me but this has not happened but I have fully paid for the Wall Unit.

Please assist Im so dissapointed.
