My fiance was involved in an accident this week and took the vehicle to the assessment. Thinking that the claim and damage would get sorted out as soon as possible Outsurance comes back and says it will take two months until we can send the car in for repairs. This is completely unacceptable I would rather you then pay out our claim money and we will fix it ourselves like other insurers offer. It is not my problem that you are busy and only have a selective number of panel beaters. The reason I pay for insurance is to sort this out as soon as possible, completely unacceptable. Is this bending backwards for people like your ad states or is it just bending clients over!
