ZERO customer service... Moving Forward (alone)

First things first. I would like to close all my accounts with immediate effect, and be notified as soon as it is done. (Yes I was at a branch, and they couldn't help me)

Short story:
Sent secure message via Internet Banking on the 11-04 asking about how to close my account having a spouse account linked. Also asked if they can arrange for me to see a consultant at Rivonia at a set time to close said accounts. Still haven't received response on the secure message.

Sent email to Prestige helpline on 16-04 asking the same questions stating that I got no response from secure message. Got a p.o.s. generic response from Nomvula Tshabalala saying that I should go to a branch. They didn't even read my questions. (SR Ref No : 33407675)
I replied saying how the response was and asking the questions again, still no response.

Logged a complaint on 17-04 with the same questions, stating the above. Still haven't heard anything (# 33424749).

Went to Rivonia branch now (19-04) stood in queue at enquiries. Someone came and said I should see a consultant and took my details. Waited 15min before someone told me"system is down" they cant help. I left details for them to close. Not going back
