Complete disregard

We ordered a DVD unit from southern kitchens, trading as Home Concept. They drew it to spec but when delivered was incorrect. They were backwards and forwards 4 times with this unit when I told them I didn't want the unit and wanted a refund. They had also positioned the unit incorrectly on my wall so left me with holes I had to repair. Having no joy and after seeking legal advice the director has replied to me telling me if I don't collect the unit within a week they will throw it out because it is taking up "valuable space". I should never have paid them in full before receiving the finished product but they had done a bedroom cupboard for us before and it was fine!
