To who it may concern,

In reply to your letter / email dated 10th April 2013 (refer attached) and my subsequent reply also dated the 10th April 2013 in which I replied to your request (Attached). To date I have not received any further update even after a follow up email on the 17th April 2013 (Attached).

I have also failed to get any response / answer on my attempts to call your home loans call centre number as referred to in your letter.

I am absolutely astounded at the lack of urgency or customer service by an organisation which prides itself on customer service, so I thought.

I would be most appreciative of some urgency and minimal a courtesy call in this regard. Please also do not apply the 48hour rule as posed in your letter of request, I replied on the same day, I have not been able to have my call to the 0861258285 number answered and no one has bothered to reply to my emails. Is this what the integration with Barclays has, a disregard for client service?
