KFC no courtesy to acknowledge my email

On 21/02/2013 I ordered 6 meals, PAID for IN FULL (of course) and did not receive the full order. I complained on 22/03/2013 to Customer Care. Your reply was pathetic, to say the least. The fact that it took a month for me to receive your feedback was equally pathetic. The letter was dated 28/02/2013 and received 26/03/2013. I sent an email the day after receiving your reply demanding that I be refunded for the value of the meal not received - you have not even had the courtesy to reply to me! You didn't even so much as offer a voucher to the same value in your initial reply.
The above mentioned email was sent to [Email Removed] (taken from your website) on 27/03/2013 at 14:36pm quoting reference: P4/13/374? - please find it, read it and process it! More specifically, process my refund!
Why did I complain to Customer Care in the first place then if I didn't think you wouldn't sort this out???
As I requested in the email, please do not phone me - just process the refund! Communication via email once done, if you could be bothered, will be fine!
