I received a call from head office regarding the termination of dept review on our 2 vehicles with Absa Finance. I also received a registered letter confirming that. The effective date was 10 days after the letter was sent on the 28th January. I only received the letter last week and immediately sent an email to [Email Removed] I didn't get a reply, after 3 day's I escalated the matter to Management and still haven't receive any feedback. This is a matter of urgency and I need feedback as soon as possible on what the outstanding amounts are on both vehicles. We would like to settle the one account. I cant understand why Absa cant reply on these type of emails?
