Discovery Fuelrewards query still not resolved

I've logged a complaint on HelloPter 2 weeks ago regarding my FuelRewards query when i didnt get feeedback to my initial email query submitted via their website. Discovery then jumped to quickly call me and look into the details. After being todl that they couldnt trace my initial policy (that was cancelled due to thier systems error and them having to issue a new policy) i had to go and search for my records to prrof that i had the initial policy. I then got phoned by Chaime to advise that they managed to resolve teh query and i will get a backdated refund on my fuel rewards. I requested that i get a call from a senior maanger to once and for all sort out the issue on my policy and he advised teh manager will call me the next day. A week later i have still not heard anything from Chaime or this manager so i mailed him again. Yesterday i have still not heard anything so i called teh call centre and spokt to a supervisor Prince, only to be told by him that he can only trace two inactive policies, i requested that a manager gives me a call again and he said that Laika will be calling me before 09h30 today. Its now 10h30 and still no contact from Discovery. The most appaling service!!
