Policy that was provided

I had an incident last year in June 2013, when I tried to claim and was told that was not included to my policy schedule. I then wrote and email to them stating my initial request when I took the policy, whereby I sent the consultants who were assisting me that I wanted something better than my existing insurance then. I even sent them my schedule, requesting them even to give me more than what I already have. As per our agreement my premiums were going to increase from R1100-R1500 per month. I did not have problem with that as long I had something better to my existing policy, and only to find later its not.

I contacted discovery numerous times via emails about my query, this was initially attended by Clint Groenevald. He requested to go listen to the recordings of where I was persuaded to accept the policy, and he agreed later with the statement of me requesting to be provided with better policy that will beat my exisiting one. The last time he spoke to me was that he is contacting the claims department to see how they can best assist me, because after my initial claim which raised the query in June 2013, I had the second incident in October 2013. Isma Ismail also promised same.
