I had been calling Discovery Insure for over 2 weeks now, being moved from one pillar to the other. Being promised call backs which didn't't happen. And having a mistake made on my policy whilst i had supplied all necessary info.

I called Anesree and she was able in one phone call to escalate the mistake made on my policy to the relevant dept and she was able to give me a date by which i should follow up by. Secondly my policy had been cancelled and she was able to get hold of a manager (and let me tell you managers are always in meetings at Discovery insure), who confirmed that my policy was now no longer being cancelled (although it was still showing so on the system and no one had communicated such to me). She even sent me a confirmation email for my records, confirming that there would no longer be a cancellation.

Thirdly, Anesree's service was patient, calm and professional, she could tell how upset I was although I tried to contain my temper as it was obviously not her fault.

Well done Discovery Insure for hiring a gem like like Anesree, I wish all your agents could be like this, working to make sure that the customer ends the call on a happy note. And thanks Anesree
