Inability to answer simple query for three weeks

A simple query around unallocated DQ points has not been addressed nearly three weeks after the initial issue was logged. Despite following up on two further occasions and having assurances (promises) from both call centre staff that they would phone - I have heard nothing.

This horrendous Discovery Insure service is quickly dismantling my respect and appreciation for the entire Discovery group offering.
