NO feedback on email on my fuelback rewards

On Tuesday 2 April I logged a query to get the details of my how my Fuel back rewards were calculated for the last 6 months, as there is no way that a client can differentiate between Healthy Foods, Clicks rewards or fuel rewards. (A SERIOUS LACK IN THEIR SYSTEMS OR ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE IT FROM THEIR CLIENTS)

The details of the email is below, but as of this morning i have still not heard any feedback or personal acknowledgement of the email (besides the automated system response). And when phone Discovery Insure this morning to query why i have not had any feedback the call centre agent advised me that they can not send out the information as its their intellectual property.
I am the client and that is part of my benefit so i have the right to know how the calculated my specific fuel rewards, i am not asking to get their business secrets, i am merely asking to get the information related to my rewards.
