Unwilling to assist

I had called the call centre this morning to make a small change on my arrangment so that i can manage to pay something towards all of debt. I am currently unemployed but atleast i am trying to make some payment towards my debt. Please can you make my payment for my personal loan R200 until i get formal employment and then i can increase this payment. I have other debts and i have to see to a house hold to run as well. Will someone plese assist.
