Debit order taken off twice!

I am very upset with the poor service of Nedbank personal loan department. They phone me every month to confirm payment with me that normally happened on the 25th or 26th of every month. After all they are taking the debit order every single month. Sunday morning my cellphone went off with 2 x R1588 the installment. I checked my account yesterday to make sure that maybe it will only reflect once on my statement, but after all they took a double payment. I have phoned them yesterday a few times but no success. The last person i have spoken to (Samukele) says to me if i increased my installment to R100 to R150 they will refund me the one installment of R1588. She will get her teamleader (Genveve) to phone me back, up till now i haven't received a call from her. I have tried to speak to my branch in Meyersdal but they can not assist me in this matter. One off the persons i have spoken to yesterday told me they could not get hold od me that is why they took of a double payment, this was never arranged with me and they have permission on my personal account to do whatever suites them. This is very unfair to me because i also have other debt to pay.
