Multiply is Momentum's service that is suppose to encourage healthy living so you can earn money back. Well I have be trying to use this system but it is ridiculous, they have so many websites and none are user friendly. Certain thing have to be done like flu vaccines and pap smears and on their website they ask to be send a proof of appointment. That I have done, I actually send them the receipts of some of these procedures and that isn't good enough. They tell me that points are allocated for things I have done, but I don't see it on the system. This multiply product doesn't seem as if it was well thought through. It's almost as if they just want to 'copy cat' Discovery with all their products. If you launch something like this it should be clear and easy to use. Even the pedometer site doesn't work, with the pedometer that I log on a regular basis I don't see logs. I'm suppose to be getting 10% discount on the program I'm on, but I don't see it on my invoices or anything? How does this all fit together? I'm a working person and don't have time to read thousand of documents to see how something work, I want a fast and easy functional service from you, that I'm not getting.
