NOt allowed to make a payment arrangement

Good Morning

I need help. I am currently experiancing financial crisis. I cannot afford to pay my debt so I call all my creditors to make payment arrangments. The all agreed to make payments arrangements except for the Capitec Bank collections department. I don't remember the name of the lady i spoke to, however she told me that they cannot accept arrangment and that I cannot make my own payment arrangment. She also said I will have to wait untill the account is handed over and that they will have to take legal actions against me.

No one from capitec has called me to ask why i have not been making payments, they only sent an sms to say i must call and make arrangments. When i respond they tell me they cannot accept it. what must I do in this case. I am whilling to pay but they wont let me pay what i can afford.

please assist.
