I had a call from a consultant in jhb from this Bank with regards to a loan I have with them, which is in arrears now. I explained to this agent that I was not working but ill be starting a job in May. He confimed to me that that is when they will be debiting. I call thge bank Todat to ask why they have taken my money as this is my sons creche fees they say the notes don't correspond. Who's problem is it f their agents dnt do wat they are paid to to? I want my childs money as you guys have it by giving me false info! Pathetic bank I tell will be telling every1 of this experience!
