Can Call Centre Staff NOT make notes???

I am flabbergasted at the fact that Standard Bank simply has no Customer Service! I did everything in my power to be a transparent client. I have a loan with Standard Bank and was unable to pay this loan for a selected period due to the fact that I was unemployed. I communicated this via email, phone call and numerous harassing text messages, automated messages and CALL CENTRE STAFF phoning three times daily only for me to have to tell them the same story over and over and over! To the point where I tell the Call Centre Staff I will not speak to them - check your notes (which by the way each and every one of them promised they are making)!! Is it possible to be so inconsiderate and unwilling to understand personal circumstance - I even guaranteed payments will recommence starting 1 March as i starting working on 1 February again??? All my other creditors are understanding, accepted my email and apology and said they will contact me to see how I was doing beginning March - That is an understanding customer service! Standard Bank you should take notes! I have no changed banks as my experience with Standard Bank was Horrific!!!
