Hi

I have been a loyal customer for nearly 20 years with Standard bank... Got homeloans, Personal loan, credit card and overdraft with them. Just to find out that they put me over to the elite account but the one that deduct for every transactions... didn't ask my permission... so ending up to pay alot of fees how pathetic. I'm in the process of getting a consolation loan and pay off all my standard bank accounts and close. I still cant believe that they treat the customers like that and here I'm defending. Sorry standard bank you messed up... not even want to pay back the money you deducted for the over the counter transactions... very disgusted
