I am very disappointed by writing to hello Peter, after numerous communication with Nedbank call centers agent incompetent staff, It has come to my attention that they have debiting my account prior to my pay day which is the 25th and the debit order was returned all the time, and all the time when the debit order its being returned I will be liable for returned fees. I have tried to explained this numerous time to nedbank call center agent without any help. This is not what I signed for in my contract. As a results I went to my bank and cancel the debit order as I was tired of paying returned debit fee to my bank every month. As results I ended up being in arrears with the account, Then I Paid all the arrears off and for some reason Lebogang seems unable to help me in updating that status from their systems. I am very angry and disappointed by the service rendered, I will never use Nedbank or Recommend it to someone else after this pathetic services I have received from them. I have reached a stage when I need to banking ombudsman for not complying and sticking to the contract signed.
