Unauthorised Deductions

African Bank has been deducting from me even after I mailed them my retrenchment letter and was smsed to say my loan was successfully covered by my retrenchment insurance. I was in arrears with my rent and mentioned to them that they cannot deduct from my account because my son's money is going in there and he is helping me pay the arrears. I had an agreement with my agent and told Lungile as well as Mpho and many other consultants that I was told my loan is covered and why are they still deducting. I have mailed my details countless times to various people and I don't know what to do any more because they just not listening to me. I was given an eviction letter again because I paid short because once again African Bank took money that wasn't their's. I'm tired of explaining the situation to different people and nobody does anything to help me. I have mailed my papers to so many people and they keep on harassing me about this loan. If I knew I still owed and I wanted to run from them I would not have let me son use the account. THEY TOLD ME MY LOAN IS PAID. IT'S THEIR MISTAKE BECAUSE IF MY LOAN WAS NOT PAID IN FULL SHOULDN'T IT HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED TO ME.YOU DON'T JUST TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY.
