Bad Handeling of Loan Account

I am aware of my Nedbank account being in arrears but for Nedbank to hand my account over to a debt collector company (DMC Collectors) and still debiting my bank account for loan payments is unacceptable.
Nedbank personal loans did debt order transactions on my account with out my acknowledgment for a number of times but my outstanding loan balance doesn't not go down or changes at all.
Last month when I inquired about the debt transaction on my account at Nedbank customer care call centre the agent said that she doesn't see the transactions on her screen on my account, which clearly was a lie.
Today I received a call from the debt collectors and they do not anything about this transactions for they are just collecting on behalf of Nedbank which handed the account over to them.
Please assiste if and where you can for I am tired of being used by the bank and I am unemployed now.
