Good Day

I logged a claim on 2013-03-12 and till date my claim is not processed. I call the call centre after every three working days and still no joy. The excuse that is being given is that the claim will be forwarded to the senior medical person for review. Dylan took three of my calls and gave me the same excuse and promised that i should receive a call by the end of the day with feedback on the claim.

it seems that this is a continuous problem getting claims processed
