Poor service, No feedback, Omitted items from claim

My claim was logged on the on the 07/10/2013 to date I have received no finalisation to my claim. I was told that the claim will take roughly about a week to be processed and finalised which would have been the 17/10/2013 . After numereous phone calls the claim was then eventually finalised on the 23/10/2013. After looking at the settlement I had noticed that certain items where omitted and the wrong item reflected under portable possesions. I then queried this with Cobus on the 24/10/2013 and he advised that it would take 3 days to get the telephone recording when I took out my insurance and he will get back to me. He never gets back to me and when I called again on the 29/10/2013 he had advised that he will be making the adjustments on the 31/10/2013 and will adise me. To date I have not received any response nor finalisation regarding my claim. When I logged the claim my insurance premium had gone up immediatley but to date no finalisation nor do I receive any feedback or correspondence from them. I called the call centre this morning to log a complaint and they gave me Cobus's Managers number I have called three times this morning but there was no answer. Very Dissapointing.
