Sorting out a claim that hadn't been processed

At last I can send a compliment through. I would like to thank Antoinette (at least I think that is her name) for sorting out a claim that had not been processed for a month, Ref: 240713Q2FG7N. She also called me back when she said she would (does not happen very often anymore) and with a positive answer.
She is extremely helpful and understanding and does her utmost to help!
I am upset that I had to resort to phoning the call centre because a claim had not been processed - I phoned the section for new applications and asked how long it took for a claim to be processed for payment and I was told 7 days. This used to happen in the past, but since this year it appears that it no longer happens.
My director is with a competition medical aid (I won't say who because it isn't fair) and when I send his claims through they have been credited to his account within two weeks. What happened to the time when Fedhealth did this?
But thank you very much Antoinette for sorting this out and making me feel that there is someone willing to help. If I could (and I will try) I will speak to you if ever I have a problem again!
