Claim unprocessed, No-one able to assist

1) I updated my Network GP using their call centre - went to GP for visit 2013/03/12
2) Claim was rejected - Called and found out they never updated my nominated GP before my visit. Agent said it was their mistake and requested me to forward the claim to [Email Removed] I did this on 2013/03/13.
Call centre agent informed me that it would take 7-14 days to be processed.
3) I followed up again after a week. The claim was still not showing on the system, thus have not been processed yet. The call centre agent found the claim I emailed them originally and asked me to follow up again in 7 - 14 days.
4) Followed up a week later. Claim has still not been processed. Call centre agent asked me to forward the claim to her again, which I did. This time they informed me that the first agent advised me incorrectly and that it would take 30 days to be processed - this was new.
5) Also forwarded my issue to their escalations department. They forwarded to their correspondence department. A week later, I'm still waiting for feedback as to what the holdup is.

It is now a month later. The claim has still not been processed and it seems nobody is able to assist me
This is unacceptable!
