Claim not being attended to

On the 11-03-2013 I had an incident, which rustled in my car being damaged, the following day I called the Oaksure and spoke to Kholofelo Mabala to report the incident, she then forwarded the a claim form to me to complete, I completed the claim form and attached the necessary documents and forwarded it back to her, after 8 day I got a call from an assessor and I took my car for assessment, and since then I have not heard from Oaksure regarding my claim, so after a week I took it upon myself to call Oaksure and enquire about my claim and I spoke to Kholofelo Mabala again and she told me someone else is handling my claim and she will find out for me how far they are with it, but till today I have not heard anything from Kholofelo.

When signed up with Oaksure I was promised the best service, but the kind if services I am getting now is the opposite of what I was promised.

All I want to know is my claim to be processed, so that my car can be repaired, because I pay my premiums every months and I expect to be served as promised.

I am very very angry.
