Ive been a loyal member of FNB for quite some time now, and frankly im just fed up with the pathetic service. I have laid this complaint before, and too this day, it still has not been solved, and im getting continuous phone calls that are driving me utterly insane.

I have a credit card, of which FNB Life was paying for it due to my job loss. Then i notified them i got a job, and was ready to pay my credit card again.

Of course, this did not go through the system, and of course, FNB phoned me asking for payments - as they have no clue that FNB Life is paying for my credit card. I sent an email to FNB life, as its absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a consultant on the phone - as they ALWAYS cut me off - of which i received an email to say they apologise for the miscommunication and they will make the last payment on my card on 21 March 13.

But that did not happen, and once again i got a phone call from FNB stating my outstanding payment.

I have tried several times to get hold of FNB life - but to no avail, and i have emailed them - of which i have not received any response.

Please dont make empty promises. This is so unproffesional on so many levels. Please sort it out asap!
