Why have ABSA life if they do not assist of pay

My first correspondence was emailed to ABSA Life as requested in order for them to pay my credit card for 3 months until I am back on my feet. Instead all ABSA did was transfer funds from my cheque to credit card 3 times without clearing it with me.

Where is Yvonne Maleka, Avril
and retention, absa life claim

I resent the necessary document so many times over the last month. I even met with a platinum advisor in the branch.

its been 3 months can someone tell me why do why have policies if it doesn't protect or help us!! First email 13 September 2013
