Credit limit FEE on FNB credit card. Pathetic!!

My company recently signed up for a business credit card after having our business bank account with FNB for aprox 5 years. In our first statement, we noticed a 'limit fee' which we wondered what it was. After doing some research, I found out that it was a percentage based MONTHLY limit fee issued on the credit amount given to us for use on the credit card. In my life, I have never heard of receiving a credit card which obviously allows a credit facility and then being charged a MONTHLY fee because of the credit allowance given. No other credit card company does this...

I am astounded!! I wish to cancel this card immediately and I don't know what FNB were thiking when doing this...
