On 1 June 2013 I was retrenched and submitted all relevant documentation to FNB to reserve my right to use my Credit Life Protection Insurance that I was paying for every month. I have been dealing with Melanie Cloete who advised that these claims were approved and that she would forward me written confirmation thereof. After 2 months trying to sort this out, I finally received approval for my 2X loans and that she was waiting written confirmation for my FNB Credit Card from FNB Card Division. Today I receive a call from your call centre demanding payment and when I explained about the retrenchment claim & that I'm unable to make a payment as I'm still unemployed, your Company sends me an sms stating that "I refuse to make payment" and that I will be summonsed! I have emailed Melanie & notified her of your phone call & sms. Please contact Melanie Cloete at FNB and get your facts in order before threating me with sms messages!
