I had paid my CC end Feb and End March! Payment not picked up???
I contacted Clive 22.03.2013 about an sms mess I received about not paying my Credit card.
I emailed proof of payment while I was on the line with him! he confirmed receipt of my email. He said it would take a few days to reflect but if I want to use my card I should try make another payment. I said no I could only pay again one I get paid.

Its now the 08.04.2013 and have received another sms stating I must pay my outstanding woollies credit card amounts maintain clear credit record!!!
This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have made two payments towards my Woolworths credit card, it is not the customers fault that someone one the other side is NOT doing their job properly!!!

Please can you address this situation ASAP or I shall forced to address this through Hellopeter. I am a diligent payer, I will not have my name tarnished due to incompetent people who do not do their job properly!

the above is the email i sent to NationWide debt Collectors AND to Woolworths, its been MORE than 48 hours for EACH time i have emailed them (which has been twice) and NO FEEDBACK or corretion done on my account.
