FNB GOING DOWN WITH SERVICE

I applied for a credit card with FNB, the Credit card was delivered, when I phoned in to activate the credit card the told me that the card number does not exsist anymore and that it was somehow deleted so they will send a new card for me, over the weekend I received an sms stating that I have exceeded my limit on my credit card and i need to par R134- i dont have a working credit card, still waiting for the other card so I obviously did not use the card but the want me to make payment - and then to top it off i called in to the callcenter and kept being told that they will transfer me to the correct department but they never do the next person just transfer me again really dissappointed with you guys i hope someone can be of some kind of assistance
