Unauthorised hold on minor's account

For the past 8 years my minor son's savings acc has been linked to my ATM card so I can transfer funds to him as savings and also from his savings account to his investment acc. Out of the blue while paying my accounts on 2 April 2013 I noticed that his acc is "not available" and the balance is R0-00. I immediately sent a "secure message" through the online banking function, querying what is going on. To this day, this report has not been actioned and no one has bother to investigate. Then on 3 April 2013 I phoned the customer call centre only to be told that my son's account was placed on hold because some FICA documents were incomplete. I am furious about this bullying tactics of Standard Bank whom I have been banking with for over 15 years. All the necessary docs were presented years ago - for both my children. Yet one morning a lazy, of a banking clerk decides that it is too much trouble to contact me and ask for the documents which have either been lost or eatenup by same clerk. No, that will be too much of an indication of great service. Stop the accounts, inconveniece the client and let them figure out what has happened all on their own. That's how you do it!
