Is been is nearly 2 months having issues with accounts. I went into killarney branch to fetch my new cheque account and have requested my accounts to be linked savings&cheque for inter account transactions etc. I was told is done when I left the branch but when I wanted to do transfer money into cheque account via cell phone banking it does not reflect @ all& internet banking the account name is unknown & cannot transfer to it.. I phoned customer care more than 10 times to get this sorted been transfered from post to pillar and given different numbers to call all consultants are giving same responds YOUR Accounts are linked which ARE still not.. I have e-mailed info@standardbank got a responds 3 weeks ago that my matter has been send to complains department which no responds till today..On the 16 april I go to the petrol station when I am supposed to pay my savings account declines which there is over 8000 in that account & it was the 1st time using it so it can't be daily limit. So o need also an explanation of this after the embarrassment you have cost me of account declining & had to leave my valuable stuff for holding in Sandrigham, then go home Kempton park to get money
