Disgusting customer service

The slogan fnb has "how can we help you? " .. Please do tell how can you guys help us, please do. Someone has taken out money from our account and you guys cant help me. I called you call centre and have been thrown around like a piece of tin. I have proof that i called and how long i have waited on the line. If my problem is not resolved in the next 24 hours, i will go to the media and make sure every living person knows about the disgusting service that fnb "how can we help you" has to offer.
