6 weeks ago I called STD Bank to sort out my bond insurance, 3 calls to the call centre over 3 weeks, not one consultant called me back... call are recorded, check it STD bank... So I placed it on Hello peter, immediately a call apologising for disgusting service and a promise that the relevant person will call me to sort out my insurance! I have done this 3 times on Hello peter, we are now more than 6 weeks down the line and still no consultant has appeared... some one called today to say sorry, I must understand, the call centre is very busy and someone will get back to me! I flipped I have had enough, put the P.R.O. BS, put it where the sun don't shine and simply deliver a service!
I am sure it is easier to change the bond to another institution than to get a consultant to pick up the phone and make a call. Your service is DISGUSTING!!!
