I done an application for a samrt phone on the fnb website on the 27 May. Today is the 03 June (a week later) and still no response from FNB on weather or not my application has been approved or not. According to FNB, when you do the application they say you will get feedback withing 48hrs. Well guys guess what, it's now a week later and still no feedback. I've been calling FNB call centre the whole of last week to find out on the status of my application and all they can tell me is someone will call me and inform me. This is totally unacceptable.i mean guys seriously now, is this the kind of sertvice you guys give to your loyal clients. i've been a client of FNB for the last 5/6 years.the staff that are on the call centre are all so dam useless.you mean NO ONE can tell me the status of my application.if this is the flipen service that FNB gives then i rather move to a bank that has impressive customer service and that will go the extra mile for their clients, cause its dam clear that FNB's customer services is PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING. i'm even assame of telling people that i bank with FNB.You guys seriously need to catch a wake up otherwise you will Definitely loose all your clients
